According to police, Subhash Chand and Tony Yadav were arrested on September 19, Sanjay Goswami on September 20, Bhim Singh Rathi on September 26 and ASI Pradeep on Wednesday.

All five were produced in a city court on Wednesday and remanded in judicial custody, police said.
According to the police investigation, Subhash Chand knew that the land belonged to an NRI who lives abroad most of the time.
With the aim of taking over the land, Subhash Chand hatched a conspiracy and captured his nephew Tony Yadav.
According to his plan, Subhash Chand obtained a fake land title, mutation and sale deed for the first land.
One of Tony’s sources was Sanjay Goswami, a temporary employee in the record room of tehsil Kalkaji, who gave him the real estate book of the year 1996 to fake any general power of attorney.
According to the police, Sanjay was paid Rs 5 lakh for the job.
A man named Major PK Mehta, who died in a helicopter crash in 2001, was made a witness in the fake GPA.
The second witness was a lawyer named Sandeep whose signature was forged by Tony.
About 1.9 acres of NRI land was transferred to a person named Vinod on the basis of forged documents, police said.
The accused claimed in forged documents that the land was purchased for Rs 6.6 crore.
During the investigation, ASI Pradeep, posted in the Economic Offenses Wing, was found taking money from the accused, and he was arrested, police said.
Gurgaon Police Commissioner Vikas Kumar Arora said, “Gurgaon Police operates on a zero-tolerance policy against corruption. Therefore, if any police servant or officer is found involved in any way, strict action will be taken against him immediately. Action will be taken.”
