Aishwarya Rai Bachchan won the Best Actress (Critics) award. Ponniyin Selvan: II at the prestigious South Indian International Movie Awards (SIIMA) 2024 in Dubai. The former Miss World was accompanied by her daughter Aaradhya at the event. The mother-daughter duo dressed in black. What caught the attention of the audience was a viral picture of Aaradhya, in which she was capturing this special moment of her mother on the phone. Several fan pages dedicated to the superstar shared pictures from the event. Sharing the pictures, a fan page wrote, “Proud daughter loved #Aaradhya's smile, it's beautiful and infectious.” Take a look:

Abhishek and Aishwarya Rai Bachchan divorce rumours have been doing the rounds on social media for quite some time now. These rumours gained momentum when the two arrived separately at a high-profile wedding in July. The speculation further intensified when Abhishek liked a post on Instagram that discussed the rise in “grey divorces”.

Abhishek Bachchan and Aishwarya Rai Bachchan got married in April 2007. The couple welcomed their daughter Aaradhya in November 2011. The couple has neither confirmed nor denied the divorce rumours.

Aishwarya was last seen in Mani Ratnam's Ponniyin Selvan 2 alongside Trisha, Chiyaan Vikram, Karthi, Jayaram Ravi, Sobhita Dhulipala and Aishwarya Lekshmi. The film, which released last year, was a box office hit.
