An American Airlines flight headed to New Hampshire was forced to make an emergency landing Wednesday after a passenger allegedly urinated in the nude in the plane's aisle, officials said.
After the plane, which took off from Buffalo, returned to Buffalo Niagara International Airport, the 25-year-old Oregon resident was arrested and charged with disorderly conduct.
He was released after an initial appearance in Buffalo federal court, according to the U.S. Attorney's Office for the Western District of New York.
American Airlines said in a statement that fortunately the plane departed Buffalo shortly after the incident.

“We thank our team members for their professionalism and our customers for their understanding,” the airline wrote.
According to authorities, the passenger told police he was traveling from Portland, Oregon, to Manchester, New Hampshire, and had drunk several whiskeys and colas before boarding the first flight and more during a stopover in Chicago.
According to the criminal complaint, he got up to use the restroom while flying from Buffalo and was returning to his seat when he claimed he was having a “urinary-related medical problem.”
