Union Minister Anurag Thakur was spotted in Parliament on Saturday wearing a saffron hoodie with the slogan 'Growth Hatrick'. Speaking to reporters gathered near the Lok Sabha, Thakur expressed confidence in the Modi government getting a third term in the Lok Sabha elections and said it would continue to work for the country's development.
He also took to X and posted a video of him wearing a hoodie. In the video, Thakur is heard talking to reporters, “PM Modi will form the government for the third time in a row… PM has always stood for development… Third time Modi government, now 400 par.”
Speaking about Anurag Thakur's hoodie, BJP MP Ravi Kishan told ANI, “The voice of the heart is coming in the form of a hoodie. The whole of India will want to wear it because, just like Lord Ram, people lives in. hearts, Modi ji has started living in everyone's hearts in the same way.
Although the Election Commission has not officially announced the dates for the general elections in India, it is expected that polling for the election of members of the 18th Lok Sabha will take place in April and May.
The ruling National Democratic Alliance (NDA) is gearing up to contest against the opposition India Bloc.
As the official term of the NDA-led 17th Lok Sabha session ends on June 16, political parties have started their election campaigns.
