BJP's Gurugram Candidates Ahead of Haryana Elections

Chandigarh (Haryana) [India]September 17 (ANI): Ahead of the October 5 assembly elections in Haryana, Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) leader Mukesh Sharma said that there is no one who can compete with us in the state.
Mukesh Sharma is BJP candidate from Gurugram assembly seat.
Speaking to ANI on Monday, Mukesh Sharma said “There is no one to compete with us yet, Congress has no role in South Haryana… Congress was not there before and we will not let them come. “
Earlier on Monday, Union Minister Manohar Lal, responding to the claims of senior Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) leader Anil Vij, said that such decisions should not be taken by an individual but by the parliamentary board after considering the views of the entire party. is

“Every leader has the right to express his opinion, there is no problem with that, but it is not a decision of a single individual. The parliamentary board takes a decision after understanding the views of the entire party. Our home minister has clearly But said that Manohar Lal said that Nayab Singh Saini will be our Chief Minister.
Notably, on Sunday, Anil Vij while speaking to ANI staked his claim for the post of Chief Minister ahead of the Haryana Assembly elections, citing his seniority. He asked the party to consider him for the role of Chief Minister.
“I am the senior most MLA of BJP in Haryana, I have contested elections six times, I have never asked anything from the party, however on the demand of the people, I am claiming the post of Chief Minister on the basis of my seniority. Time will do,” said Anil Vij.
Asked about the Congress' claims of winning the assembly elections, Manohar Lal said, “Congress can say anything, but people know how to respond. They will compare it to what we have done in the last 10 years. What has been achieved.Neither the talk of the Congress nor our words will make any difference.BJP will form its government for the third time in Haryana.
Voting for the 90-member Haryana Legislative Assembly will take place on October 5, with the last date for filing nominations being September 12. Counting of votes will take place on October 8. In the 2019 assembly elections, the BJP emerged as a single. The largest party with 40 seats while the Congress won 30 seats. (ANI)
