BMW Group India has introduced the concept of Retail.NEXT in India, with the first facility at Bird Automotive, Gurugram. It essentially brings about a complete redesign of the dealer facility, and will be implemented across 56 facilities in 33 cities over a period of 36 months.

The Retail.NEXT showroom is a fully renovated showroom concept, offering a seamless experience for customers visiting the facility. This concept not only eases the car buying experience but also makes it more luxurious and comfortable. These facilities also serve as integration centers for BMW Group India's three brands – BMW, Mini and BMW Motorrad.
The design of Retail.NEXT showrooms includes special areas for private consultations and vehicle handovers, adding an extra personal touch to every customer interaction. As well as the ICE vehicles, the show floor also showcases the 'i' range of electric cars, often alongside their ICE variants, helping customers to discern a very helpful space between them. Gets Even pre-owned cars from the BMW Premium Selection (BPS) are displayed on the same floor as new cars.
There is also the BMW Bar & Lounge which offers a very comfortable area to relax and rejuvenate, especially when they plug their EV in for a charge at the DC Fast Charger located at the Retail.NEXT showrooms.
BMW Group India has invested 365.5 cores to set up 56 Retail.NEXT facilities across 33 cities in India, which will be completed in over 36 months.
