Call of Duty: Black Ops 6 PC requirements revealed ahead of early access beta


The Call of Duty: Black Ops 6 team has revealed those all-important PC requirements ahead of the game's release this autumn.

Those playing it on PC will need a minimum of 8GB of RAM, though Activision recommends 16GB.

Players will also need an SSD with at least 149 GB of available space at the game's launch. Activision notes that this drops to 78 GB if you already have COD HQ and Warzone installed on your PC.

  • Video – NVIDIA GeForce GTX 960 / GTX 1650 or AMD Radeon RX 470
  • Storage – SSD with 149 GB available space at launch (78 GB if COD HQ and Warzone are pre-installed)
  • Processor – Intel Core i5-6600 or AMD Ryzen 5 1400
  • Memory – 8 GB RAM
  • Internet – Broadband Internet Connection

Call of Duty: Black Ops 6 will be released on PlayStation 5, PS4, Xbox Series X/S, Xbox One, and PC on October 25. Ahead of that, Activision is hosting both a closed and open beta.

As Matt previously reported, Black Ops 6's “Early Access” beta will run from August 30 at 6 PM BST/10 AM PT until September 4. This beta is for those who pre-ordered the game on their respective platforms (there's no platform-exclusivity this time around) and for Game Pass subscribers.

After this, the open beta will begin for all players on September 6 at 6 PM BST / 10 AM PT. This beta will run until September 9.
