here it is Comet C/2023 A3 Tsuchinshan-Atlas Image showing details of its ion tail taken under appropriate weather conditions.
The image above comes from an average combination of 4,120-second exposures, taken from a distance ARTEC250+Paramount ME+C3Pro61000EC The robotic unit is available as part of the Virtual Telescope Project facility in Manciano, Italy, under the darkest skies of the Italian peninsula. The telescope tracked the comet's speed.
Sky conditions were not the best possible, but we recorded good details along the tail, with a hint of antitail. In particular, ion tail structures are visible.
Despite the weather not cooperating at all, we will continue monitoring this comet.
