The project has received an overwhelming response with expressions of interest more than doubling the number of apartments sold, the company said.

“From expressions of interest, the ongoing process of allotment has yielded significant sales of overs. 2700 crore till now. The overall sales figures are expected to increase significantly once the allotments are finalised, which will set a new benchmark in the premium housing segment of the region,” the company said.

With an overwhelming response, the sales process from Expression of Interest (EOI) to allotment was digitally facilitated by Boston Consulting Group (BCG), it said.

Signature Global owns prime land parcels in Gurugram's Sector 71, Southern Peripheral Road with a salable potential of 17 million square feet. In the first phase, the company has commissioned 2.1 million sq ft of the total salable capacity of 3.7 million sq ft spread over a project area of ​​14.382 acres, it said in a regulatory filing.

Located in Sector 71 on Southern Peripheral Road (SPR) Gurugram, Titanium SPR offers a total of 608 units comprising of 3.5 BHK and 4.5 BHK premium condominiums.
