Delhi News Today Live, August 16: After Delhi Chief Minister Arvind Kejriwal sought time to meet Lieutenant Governor (LG) VK Saxena on Tuesday, Saxena agreed to meet the Chief Minister at 4.30 pm on Tuesday, according to LG House officials. . AAP sources say that the CM has called for a meeting to resign. Since Kejriwal's sudden decision to resign on Sunday, names of Aam Aadmi Party (AAP) leaders who could be chosen for the post have been doing the rounds. While AAP sources say Minister Atashi, Gopal Rai and Kailash Gehlot are the likely successors, a decision will be taken after a meeting between Kejriwal and Manish Sisodia and other AAP leaders in his Political Affairs Committee (PAC) this evening.

Demanding early elections, Kejriwal also said that someone from AAP will replace him till the elections are held. “I will go among the people and ask for their votes.
