Addressing a rally in Odisha's Kandhamal, the prime minister added that the people of Jammu and Kashmir have struggled for decades because of the “weak mentality” of the Congress.

Prime Minister Narendra Modi on Saturday launched a scathing attack on the Congress, alleging that the then ruling party was not taking action for fear of changing its vote bank after the 26/11 attacks.

Addressing a rally in Odisha's Kandhamal, the prime minister added that the people of Jammu and Kashmir have struggled for decades because of the “weak mentality” of the Congress.

“India will never forget the time when the country was a constant victim of terrorist attacks and Congress leaders sat with the perpetrators of terrorism,” he said.
