What features to expect in Galaxy Z Flip 6 and Galaxy Z Fold 6?

Both phones will be announced at the next Galaxy Unpacked event on July 10. Samsung will also announce some wearable devices during the event including the Galaxy Buds 3, Galaxy Buds 3 Pro, Galaxy Ring, Galaxy Watch 7, and Galaxy Watch Ultra. The Galaxy Z Flip 6 and Galaxy Z Fold 6 are expected to have thin and light bodies, as well as an IP48 rating for dust and water resistance. Both phones are rumored to use Snapdragon 8 Gen 3 processors, 12GB of RAM, 256GB/512GB of storage, and 25W fast charging.

Both phones may feature a 50MP primary camera, a 12MP ultrawide camera, and a 10MP selfie camera. The Galaxy Z Fold 6 will also feature a 10MP telephoto camera with 3x optical zoom. The Galaxy Z Flip 6 is expected to have a 4,000mAh battery, while the Galaxy Z Fold 6 may feature a 4,400mAh battery.

Both phones will likely run on Android 14-based One UI 6.1.1 and will get seven major Android OS updates. Both phones are expected to feature stereo speakers and a side-mounted fingerprint reader.
