Exclusive: 2024 Maruti Suzuki Dzire design fully revealed with sunroof and more

Maruti Suzuki is preparing to launch its much awaited car. 2024 DzireIts popular sub-four-metre sedan. Earlier the test model was spotted covered in camouflage, but now, thanks to a TOI Auto reader, we have an exclusive set of pictures showing the car completely uncovered. These pictures give a clear look at the key design features ahead of the official debut.

2024 Maruti Suzuki Dzire: What's new

The 2024 Dzire will be built on the same Heartect platform as the new Swift, but will get a new design from front to back. It gets a new front look with a unique six-slat grille, different from the Swift's honeycomb pattern. The headlamps are sleeker with horizontal DRLs, and the bumper has been redesigned. On the sides, it gets new alloy wheels, and at the rear, there is a redesigned taillight, an updated boot design, and possibly a light bar.
One of the major highlights of the 2024 Dzire is its inclusion in Electric SunroofA very popular feature among Indian consumers. With this, the Dzire is set to become the most affordable sedan to offer a sunroof in India. An interesting detail to note is that the Dzire in these images sports a distinctive maroon colour, which suggests that the new model will come with new colour options as well.

Inside, the 2024 Dzire is likely to get design cues from the Swift. The image shows that it will have the same two-spoke steering wheel and dashboard layout. Additionally, the Dzire is expected to have a floating touchscreen display supporting Apple CarPlay and Android Auto, rear AC vents, automatic climate control, 360-degree camera, and more.

2024 Maruti Suzuki Dzire: Engine

The new Dzire will get the same 1.2-litre, 3-cylinder Z-series petrol engine as the Swift. Transmission options will include both a 5-speed manual and a 5-speed AMT. CNG Variant It can be introduced at the time of launch or later. The company also launched the CNG version of Swift last week.
