GURGAON: A 16-year-old boy allegedly strangled a nine-year-old girl, his neighbour, to death in a housing society on Monday morning when she was trying to steal from the flat. He set her body on fire with camphor and scraps of cloth he found lying around her after killing her, apparently to erase the evidence.
