Police have identified the victim as 30-year-old Dhanpat Kumar Kushwaha, who was brutally attacked by two suspects at his grocery shop. They have filed a First Information Report under Section 307 (attempt to murder) of the Indian Penal Code against the suspected employee, Aryan. Kumar, 18, and his accomplice have been identified as Ashish Kumar, 19.
