Gurugram, September 20

With 96% resolution of complaints at the CM window, Gurugram district tops the state in redressal of such complaints. DC Nishant Yadav shared this information in a review meeting with Adviser (Irrigation) to Chief Minister Devendra Singh.

Singh held a review meeting with management officials, ascertained the status of pending complaints and issued relevant instructions.

DC Yadav said that so far 8,615 complaints have been received on the CM window. Of these, 8,285 cases have been settled. At present 141 Complaints Actioned Report (ATR) are uploaded on the portal. Redressal of complaints is our top priority at CM Window. We receive a large number of complaints related to multi-disciplinary issues. We hold regular coordination and feed review meetings to ensure minimum pendency of complaints,” said Yadav.

Instructing the officials to ensure 100% result, Singh warned them to issue show-cause notices.

Can be extended to address complex complaints. A report of the action taken on each complaint should be uploaded on the portal. Delay in resolution without any concrete reason will invite strict action,” Singh said.
