“Around two in the afternoon, three people who told me they were with the Karnataka police came to my house to give me a notice. I asked them if they informed the Noida police? In turn, they informed the local police. Inquired about the station,” Bharti posted on X (formerly Twitter).
“I immediately informed a local police official. Soon, two Uttar Pradesh police cars arrived, and took the trio from Bengaluru. I thank the Noida police for their prompt action. ,'' added the Noida-based YouTuber.

However, before being taken away by the Noida police, they served him a notice, asking him to appear at the High Ground police station in Bengaluru within seven days of the notice being issued.
The FIR was registered on a complaint filed by Congress Party legal cell secretary BK Bopanna at the High Ground police station on Saturday. Bopanna alleged that Bharti, in a video posted on X recently, said that Rahul Gandhi was planning to rebuild the Babri Masjid in place of the newly opened Ram temple in Ayodhya.
Bopanna sought legal action against Bharti, alleging in her complaint that the YouTuber's remarks amounted to 'hate speech' and could 'harm public peace and harmony'.
