La Liga: Valencia vs Real Madrid match likely to be postponed.

Valencia have requested that their La Liga home game against Real Madrid be postponed.

According to ESPN, the reason for this is due to the flooding in the southeast of Spain, in which at least 70 people have died.

A decision is expected from the league within 24 hours.

The region of Valencia, along with Albacete, is among the hardest hit and on Wednesday, the government's emergency contact center confirmed the latest death toll at 70, with many still missing.

A second division game between Levante and Málaga, due to be played in the city on Monday, will also be decided.

Three other matches have also been postponed due to the storm: Xerz's tie with AD Ceuta, SD Ejea against Hércules and Getafe's trip to Manises.
