Calling the alleged incident a “very serious” issue, Sule said in a post on X, “It is suspected that the CCTV is off where an important item like EVM is kept.”

He further alleged that when the election representatives approached the concerned authorities and administration regarding the matter, “no satisfactory response was received”.

“Even our representatives are not allowed to inspect the condition of the EVMs,” Sole said, adding that even a technician was not available at the location where the incident was reported.

Sole added, “This is very serious. The Election Commission should immediately take notice of this and announce the reasons for shutting down the CCTV. Also, appropriate action should be taken against those responsible for this incident.” Must go.”
