M3M launches uber-luxury housing project in Gurugram with Rs 4,000 crore topline

Real Estate Developer based in Delhi-NCR M3M Group has launched its uber-luxury housing project on Golf Course Road Extension in Gurugram. The company said it has a revenue potential of Rs 4,000 crore.

The project called 'M3M Altitude' is spread over 4 acres of land and is located near Trump Towers. It is part of the exclusive 60-acre community 'M3M Golf Estate'. The total salable area of ​​the project is approximately 1 million square feet.

The project has a development cost of Rs 1,200 crore and will include 350 super-luxury residences, with ticket prices ranging from Rs 10 crore to Rs 30 crore, the firm said, adding that the housing project will be delivered by 2031.

“In recent years, Golf Course Extension Road (GCRE) has emerged as Gurugram's ultimate destination for luxury residences, driving demand and increasing prices substantially by 40 per cent annually,” M3M Group President Sales, Sudeep Bhatt said it is tipped to increase to over Rs 50,000 psf in the next three years.

The project will consist of apartments of 4BHK (plus a servant room) and penthouses ranging from 3780 sq ft to 8000 sq ft, the company said.
