Delhi LGV K Saxena on Saturday approved a probe under the Prevention of Corruption (POC) Act against former Delhi Health Minister Satyendra Jain, who is in jail in a bribery case.

The LG has agreed to the DOV's proposal to refer the matter to the Union Home Ministry under Section 17A of the POC Act, 1998 for sanctioning an investigation against Jain by the ACB.
