Nothing Phone (2a) Special Edition launched in Red, Yellow and Blue colours

The new colour for the Nothing Phone (2a) that the company started teasing a few days ago is now official. Ladies and gentlemen, meet the Nothing Phone (2a) Special Edition. This is the Nothing product with the most colours to date, as it features red, yellow and blue highlights, as you can see.

As you'd expect from Nothing, transparency is still at the core of the design. The official press release says that the Phone (2a) Special Edition “celebrates primary colours and their place within Nothing's brand identity”.

Although these three colours have been used separately in Nothing products before, they have never appeared together like this before.

Adam Bates, Design Director at Nothing, said:

We are very happy to unveil the Phone (2a) Special Edition. It is the first product to explore our palette of primary colours; red, blue and yellow. Its overall aesthetic references some of our design heroes of the past, while creating a new expression for smartphones. Transforming a functional device into a striking piece of art.

The phone (2a) Special Edition is available in limited quantities from Nothing's official website today, with 12GB of RAM and 256GB of storage, priced at £349, €379, INR 27,999. On Saturday, June 1, you'll also be able to buy it from Nothing's store in Soho, London.

This phone is identical to the (2a) that has been available for some time, apart from the special colour of course. Thus, it has a 6.7-inch 1080×2412 120Hz AMOLED screen, Dimensity 7200 Pro SoC, a 50 MP main camera with OIS, a 50 MP ultrawide, a 32 MP selfie snapper and a 5,000 mAh battery with support for 45W wired charging. It runs Android 14.
