Parliament Session, Lok Sabha Rajya Sabha Session Day 6 Live Updates: Responding to the motion of thanks to the President's address in the Rajya Sabha, LOP Mallikarjan Kharge hit out at the government over the ongoing NEET paper leak issue. “Not just NEET or the National Testing Agency, the entire education system should be reviewed under the Supreme Court,” suggested Kharge, whose chair Jagdeep Dhankar said each institution should do its own work first. Leader of the House JP Nadda intervened first and accused the LOP of “hurling serious allegations” at the Chairperson. Nadda said, “If the LOP is saying that the chair should support the truth for the next 3.5 years, it automatically means that he is claiming that he has not done so in the last 1.5 years. ” Kharge, in his reply, said that the President's address was only full of praise for the government, which ignored the fundamental issues such as lack of facilities for the weaker sections of the society.
