In the notice, Tiwari urged the House to suspend zero hour and related rules to discuss the implementation of three new criminal acts.

The Congress MP said the three new criminal acts were passed in the Lok Sabha at a time when 146 MPs were suspended from both houses of Parliament, the Lok Sabha and the Rajya Sabha, while demanding accountability for security. had been. “These three new Acts are going to overturn the entire criminal law of the country which has now been established and consolidated over a period of more than a century,” Tiwari said in the notice.
