A video of expensive cars parked outside the Zomato and Blanket offices in Gurugram has recently created a stir on social media. Brands featured in the clip include Zomato CEO Deepinder Goyal's Aston Martin DB12, Porsche 911 Turbo S, Lambo Urus and Ferrari Roma. Another notable vehicle was Blinkit CEO Albinder Dhindsa's BMW Z4.
The video was posted by one of the most popular Instagram accounts where it has already attracted over a million views. It starts with a shot of the Zomato and Blinkit logos and then shows a parking lot with expensive cars. The cars, which are a status symbol for the owners, have sparked heated discussions on the internet regarding their sources of income, especially regarding the Rs 6 platform fee on Zomato.

Reaction has ranged from praise to parody and memes. Comments were like “See what happens to Rs 6 platform fee” and some remarked, “My Rs 6 bought a supercar.”
One user quipped, “Then why do I always get deliveries from motorcycle riders?”
Another person mentioned, “Aap sab 1 rupee khana kana aatya kamaal (This is the magic of 1 rupee khana khana donation).”
“Power of Rs 6 platform fee,” read one comment.
Someone also said, “When there is so much money, health insurance is given to the delivery person as well?” Or PF Dido (now that you have so much money, why not give health insurance to the delivery guy? Or at least provident fund)?
Goyal's Aston Martin DB12 is noteworthy as it is the first car of its kind in India, which was bought for around Rs 4.59 crore. In September last year, British supercar maker Aston Martin introduced the DB12 GT automobile in the Indian market. His collection also includes Porsche 911 Turbo S priced at Rs 3.35 crore, Ferrari Roma at Rs 3.76 crore and Lamborghini Euros at Rs 4.18 crore.
Other auto brands seen in the video include Audi and Mercedes while Dhandsa's car is a BMW Z4 M40i priced at Rs 90.90 lakh.
