Swastika Investmart Limited is the book-running lead manager, while Cameo Corporate Services Limited acts as the registrar. Nikunj Stock Brokers will act as the market maker for the SME IPO.
Out of the 1,024,800 shares offered by the Company – 47.48% are reserved for NII and 47.48% for retail investors and the remaining 5.04% shares are reserved as Market Maker portion.
Allotment of Resourceful Automobiles IPO is expected to be finalised on August 27, and its tentative listing date is set as August 29 on BSE SME platform.
