Signature Global Shares rallied on Monday morning after the company recorded sales of ₹ 2,700 crore at its luxury property in Gurugram.

what happened: Signature Global announced the launch of its premium residential project Titanium SPR in Sector 71, Gurugram. The project has attracted sales of ₹ 2,700 crore so far as the allotment of apartments continues, the company said. According to the company, the total number of sales will increase once the allotment is finalised.

Titanium SPR Sector 71 is a two-phase project and has a total salable area of ​​3.7 lakh sq.ft with 2.1 lakh sq.ft in the first phase and the second phase with the remaining land will be launched soon. The project is part of a land parcel with a salable potential of 1.7 crore sqft in Sector 71, Gurugram.

Boston Consulting Group (BCG) conducted and supervised the entire process from Expression of Interest (EOI) to allotment, booking and payment, the company said in a press release.

Price action: Shares of Signature Global rose 2.63 percent to ₹1,423.15 on Monday morning.
