SpaceX has again delayed the launch of a rocket carrying four private astronauts into space, part of an unprecedented mission aimed at conducting the world's first commercial spacewalk.
Due to unfavorable weather forecasts in the spacecraft's splashdown areas off the coast of Florida, SpaceX is pushing back on Polaris Dawn's Falcon 9 launch opportunities on Aug. 28 and Aug. 29, the company said on its website. SpaceX teams will continue to monitor the weather for favorable launch and return conditions.
The key moment of this mission was the spacewalk by billionaire Jared Isaacman and SpaceX engineer Sarah Gillis.
