Putting aside how weird it is to watch age-restricted videos on Nintendo (even Mio trailers weren't restricted), the copyright on these games is… confusing to say the least. As a license Shadow Man is actually still controlled by Valiant's corpse, so it makes sense; But Turok is Penguin Random House? I thought it finally came under Comcast's control.
But the real question mark is why they both say “Night Dive Studios”. The end of each legalese clarifies that it actually refers to Nightdive Studios which makes up 1/2 of current Atari's development resources. Now, Wade Rosen made a big show of buying “most” of Accolade, but when he finally (finally) released a full asset count of Atari's current IP log in August, only about 90 IPs of the approximately 90 IPs Accolade controlled at its demise were Only 11 are listed. As owned by the current iteration. However many Intellivision IPs are counted multiple times, and the microscope is somehow one of the larger classes, being the only one in the middle that still sticks out (despite all this).

Now note that Nightdive has its own section with Digital Eclipse (and ignore the Intellivision duplicates and the random appearance of other Ocean's IDARBs), and even then it only lists 5 IPs specifically for them. One of these is Tencent's co-owned System Shock series, and there is no mention of Accolade's partial ownership of licensed games in any of these.
THQNordic received the code rights to all original THQ licensed games; Thus rehydration could exist, but THQ was a place with much higher clean mass. The prize has been divided and resold so many times that it is an abused and distorted Frankenstein. Even more than Atari which has 3 known quantities: Atari 7, Warner Bros. Discovery, and Songbird. Pieces of the Accolade are still missing in parts of Canada and China.
All this is to say: the NOA Licensing legal department knows the secrets of the universe that keep me up at night. screaming
