Asserting that everyone in the Trinamool wanted punishment for the culprits in the doctor's rape and murder case, Ms. Bhattacharya questioned why there was still no significant progress in the case after the CBI took over the investigation. has not done “The CBI has not been able to shed any light on the case so far. The Kolkata police have arrested the accused but the CBI is yet to file a charge sheet. All the rallies demanding justice have been held at the CGO complex (where (where the CBI office is located in Kolkata) should be concluded as the state government is no longer responsible for the investigation.”
