document Obtained by TMZ It turns out that a disturbing lawsuit has been filed in US District Court against Kanye West and his former chief of staff Milo Yiannopoulos. It alleges that West and Yiannopoulos practiced “forced labor and cruel, inhuman or degrading treatment” at the company YZY.
it The pair were also accused of Accused of lying about paying his adult and minor employees while forcing them to work extremely long hours. Yiannopoulos also allegedly referred to employees as “new slaves.”
Though she is not named a defendant in the suit, West's wife, Bianca Censori, is accused of sending an employee a link to watch “hardcore” porn after West announced the launch of Yeezy Porn earlier this year. RootYiannopoulos vehemently denied these claims.
He also denied allegations that Sensei distributed any pornographic images. He stated, “I have been authorized by Bianca to emphasize that any allegations that she distributed or showed any pornographic material to minors are outrageous, disgusting and categorically and completely false.”
Yiannopoulos continued:
“The tragic, desperate, attention-seeking Yeezy employee behind this appalling and disgusting pack of lies, Shemar DaCosta, never had any access to Yeezy, his family, or any information related to Yeezy or the company, and he never will…He claimed to be a lead developer for Yeezy. He never worked at Yeezy. Read my lips: he will never hold a job at the company after telling such a disgusting lie about the lady of the house…Yeezy porn does not exist. I made sure of that by falling on my sword and quitting my job over it. All I have done since then is try to get these app developers paid, as much correspondence shows. Anyone who claims the contrary, including many in the press, is lazy or simply dishonest fools who uncritically repeat the falsehoods from lawsuits that take even greater imaginative leaps than The Lord of the Rings.”
Yiannopoulos also reiterated that he would ultimately be exonerated despite the lawsuit's claims. The plaintiffs in the lawsuit are seeking payment for emotional distress, unpaid wages and attorney fees.
