DMCA Policy on Counter Notification

If we remove or disable access to material in response to a notification of claimed infringement, we will take reasonable steps to notify the user who submitted the material. If the user believes that the material was removed or disabled as a result of a mistake or misidentification, the user may submit a counter-notification.

To submit a counter-notification as per DMCA Policy, please send us a written communication that includes the following information:

• A physical or electronic signature of the user who submitted the counter-notification.
• Identification of the material that has been removed or disabled and the location where the material appeared before it was removed or disabled.
• A statement under penalty of perjury that the user has a good faith belief that the material was removed or disabled as a result of mistake or misidentification.
• The user’s name, address, telephone number, and email address, and a statement that the user consents to the jurisdiction of the Federal District Court for the judicial district in which the user’s address is located, or if the user’s address is outside of the United States, for any judicial district in which the service provider may be found, and that the user will accept service of process from the person who provided notification of claimed infringement or an agent of such a person.
